At The Christmas Tree Co., we’re committed to delivering high-quality Christmas trees with exceptional service. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, the following return and refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for both our customers and our team.

🎄 Christmas Tree Returns:

We do not accept returns of live Christmas trees once delivery has been completed and accepted.

Refunds or Replacements:

If your tree arrives damaged, dry, or significantly below quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

If the issue qualifies, we may offer:

• A replacement tree, subject to availability
• A full or partial refund, at our discretion

Please note:

• Natural variation in shape, size, and fullness is normal and not considered a fault.
• We cannot offer refunds based on personal preference after acceptance of delivery.

🧰 Accessories (Stands, Wreaths, Etc.)

Unopened and unused accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued upon inspection.

Return shipping or collection fees may apply unless the item is defective or sent in error.

🚚 Failed or Missed Deliveries

If no one is available during the agreed delivery window:

• We will attempt to contact you at the number provided
• Trees may be left in a pre-approved safe place, but this voids refund eligibility
• Redelivery fees may apply for second attempts

♻️ Tree Collection Service (Post-Christmas)

Our tree collection service is non-refundable once booked.

If cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

• Full name
• Order number
• Delivery address
• Description of the issue
• Relevant photographs

Our team will aim to respond within 1 business day.
